So what are some ingredients to definitely avoid in your cleaning products - personal, household, automobile?

Begin with reading the ingredient lists and avoiding Phalates, PFAS, Perchlorate, Bisphenol A - these are endocrine disruptors that can wreak havoc for anybody.

  1. Kaolin Clay Cleansing Balm DIY:

    1. Kaolin Clay : 50 %

    2. Almond Oil : 30%

    3. Castor Oil : 10 %

    4. 8 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil

    5. 4 Drops Patchouli Essential Oil

  2. Body Wash DIY:

    1. Castille Soap : 50 %

    2. Coconut Oil : 20 %

    3. Honey : 10%

    4. 8 Drops Rose Essential Oil

    5. 5 Drops Geranium Essential Oil

    6. 3 Drops Lavendar Essential Oil

  3. Soap-free Cleanser :

    1. Moong Dal Powder - 40%

    2. Mulethi Powder- 25%

    3. Multani Mitti - 25%

    4. Turmeric : Pinch

    5. Rose Water or Water to Mix

  4. Household Disinfectant Spray Cleaner :

    1. 1/4 cups water.

    2. 1/4 cup white vinegar.

    3. 1/4 cup (60% + alcohol content) vodka

    4. 15 drops essential oil – peppermint + lemon OR lavender + lemon are great in this recipe.

  5. Floor Cleaner :

    1. 1 Litre hot water

    2. 2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar

    3. 2 Tbsp. washing soda

    4. 1-1/2 tsp. liquid castille Soap Base

    5. Lemon Essential Oil, Mandarin Essential Oil - 5 Drops each
